Hey everyone! It's your lad, Galaxy Gaymer!
The war between All Elite Wrestling and World Wrestling Entertainment has been ruthless in the past few years, especially among all the fans. One of the biggest parts of this war more recently has been about video game superiority. With WWE 2k22 releasing with so many mixed reviews, it is almost time for the highly anticipated release of AEW: Fight Forever, the debut video game of All Elite Wrestling.
AEW: Fight Forever has been slowly releasing more and more information recently. Whether it's screenshots or actual gameplay, we're slowly getting a taste of what this game will be, and as usual, wrestling fans are fickle and tearing it to pieces. In my opinion though, the positives outweigh the negatives by miles. I also believe this game is truly just an alternative game to play as opposed to a competitor for the WWE games.
The revealed roster so far has been a huge part of AEW: Fight Forever so far, partly because there's a lot of current WWE talent in there, and even some talent that has barely just come to AEW. I think the variety us phenomenal so far, but I really do hope the roster isn't too ambitious from the get-go, even if it means there is DLC or updates in the future. All in all, this roster looks amazing with AEW originals and AEW newcomers alike. This is also complimented by a huge variety of matches, including intergender, which hasn't been seen in a WWE title for a long time.
The other main thing that should be talked about is the gameplay that has been shown so far. The arcade still main gameplay looks really nice at this point, and I can imagine it will only get better. However, the mini games are the main thing that has sparked my interest. There's just something so quirky and fun about adding mini games to a wrestling game that has me instantly want to buy it. This game isn't taking itself too seriously so far, and I am here for it.

Have a nice day!
Love, Galaxy Gaymer x
